Once you've signed our standard NDA, we will send you more detailed information on the white label products that you're interested in.

Find Packaging
Once you have finalized your white label product selection, you'll consult with us before sourcing your packaging to ensure product and packaging compatibility. Please note that we do not supply packaging.

Contract & Production
When you're ready to place your bulk order for your white label cosmetics, we'll sign our standard contract. Once signed and we've received payment for your order, we'll get started on production. Our minimum order quantity for most products is 5kg, and our average order lead time is 3-4 weeks.

Filling & Labelling
With Alchem Labs, you can have your products manufactured, filled, labeled, and packaged all under one roof. We're able to fill and label so that you receive retail-ready products. You supply us with your packaging, and we do the rest.

After Sales Support
We offer optional additional services such as product training and training manuals for spas, salons, and skin care professionals. We're also always around to answer any questions and offer some guidance where needed.

Upon request and for an additional fee, we offer the option of making minor customizations to our white label products, provided that the changes do not require us to reformulate the product. Possible changes include product fragrance, color, and thickness.
Will My Products Be Halal Certified?
Our manufacturing facility is Halal certified, ensuring compliance with Islamic Law for all products we develop and manufacture. However, Halal certification is brand-specific, so you will be required to submit your own certification application. Since we are already certified, our certifying body, SANHA, offers a third-party agreement to our clients, simplifying this process.
Do You Offer Colour Cosmetics in Your White Label Range?
Alchem Labs does not formulate or manufacture any colour cosmetics, including make up, hair dyes, or nail polishes.
Do You Source or Supply Packaging?
We've chosen to keep our focus on what we do best: developing and manufacturing exceptional products. As such, we don't source or supply packaging, but we will gladly refer you to our trusted packaging suppliers.
Do I Need To Have My Products Registered In South Africa?
In South Africa, cosmetic products are not required to be registered with any authority unless they contain pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. However, there are regulations, standards, and codes of practice that all cosmetic products and companies must adhere to, ensuring a very well regulated cosmetic industry in South Africa.
