How does it work?
1
Formulation & Instructions
If Alchem Labs didn't develop your formulation, we'll start with you sending us your product formulation and manufacturing instruction through our cosmetic contract manufacturing brief.
2
Pricing Estimate
We'll review your cosmetic contract manufacturing brief and formulation. We'll then provide you with a manufacturing estimate based on your formulation ingredients, your requested batch size, and filling requirements,
3
Ingredients
Although we have a wide selection of ingredients available in our ingredient library, there may be ingredients in your formulation that we don't stock. In such cases, you would need to supply these ingredients.
4
Production Sample
Before jumping straight in to bulk production, we'll first produce a sample using your formulation and specifications. We'll then send the sample to you for sign-off.
5
Product Testing
We'll conduct QA testing on your sample to ensure that your formulation performs the way you expect it to. If you haven't had stability testing performed on your formulation yet, we'll need to conduct a 3 month stability test to ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of your product over time.
6
Contract Manufacturing
You can now have your products manufactured, filled, labeled, and packaged all under one roof. We're able to fill and label so that you receive retail-ready products. You supply us with your packaging, and we do the rest.
Please note that Alchem Labs does not develop or manufacture color cosmetics such as makeup, self-tanning products, hair dyes, or nail polishes.
