A multifunctional professional salon toner that provides secondary cleansing to remove excess oil and impurities, whilst helping to even out skin tone and improve radiance. Excellent astringency properties mattify the skin and refine the appearance of pores, while Glycolic Acid provides mild exfoliation to improve skin texture and remove the darkest skin cells on the top layer of skin. Vitamin C and Alpha-Arbutin work together to gently even out skin tone by reducing the appearance of dark marks and regulating melanin production. Calming Oat Protein and Witch Hazel help address underlying inflammation that can lead to an overproduction of melanin.
